Delivery and Shipping

The delivery time will depend upon several factors:

a) The item ordered. Many items are in stock and can be polished and delivered within 2 - 4 weeks. Other pieces will be made to order and can take 8 - 12 weeks. 
b) The time of year. At certain times of year we are busier than others, and it could take longer to process orders. Also many of our suppliers have holiday shutdowns. 
c) Where you are for delivery. Our delivery company covers a large part of the country weekly. However, certain areas, such as Scotland and the far North may only be visited every 3 to 4 weeks.

Our sales staff will be able to give you an approximate delivery time when you place your order. If you do have any special timing requirements we will do our best to help, but we are unable to make any guarantees.

In our showroom we do have some "impulse" items, alongside a selection of wall mirrors and table lamps, which can be taken away the same day. Please check with our sales team before setting out on a special journey.

We offer a “No quibble” money back guarantee on all of our standard range items. The exceptions are our made to measure bookcases, and any item that has been changed from the original specification, or that has been changed from our standard colour.

If for any reason you decide your furniture is not what you wanted, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, and we will refund you in full.

We use a separate specialist company to deliver the furniture. They will collect the furniture from us, and then inform you as to when they can deliver your furniture. We are unable to specify exact days of delivery when ordering, as it depends on many factors, including where other furniture deliveries are taking place.

I have been told that my furniture is ready for delivery, but I am unable to take delivery, what happens?

We may be able to arrange for short-term storage for the furniture, but we would ask for the outstanding balance to be paid. We reserve the right to begin charging for storage if the delay becomes excessive.
